Meet Stephanie Ziegler!

Q: What town/city do you live in?
A:  De Pere

Q: How many kids do you have?
A:  Two

Q: What are their ages?
A:  Ezekiel 2.5 and Zoey 4 months

Q: Do you work outside the home? If so, where & what do you do?
A:  I am a stay at home mom.

Q: What is your favorite at-home activity to do with your kids?
A.  Currently it is building forts or having a dance party. Gotta burn energy!

Q: Where is your favorite place around Green Bay to take your kids?
A:  The Children’s Museum – we have the weekday membership and it is amazing…especially during the winter!

Q: If you had one parenting tip to share that has worked for you/helped you, what would it be?
A:  Being consistent has been the most important thing in parenting so far for us. Whether it was sticking with it for potty training, following through with discipline or having a bedtime routine, consistency has helped our littles ones know what to expect and in the long run adjust much more easily. (Even though consistency is soooooo hard for the parent!)

Q: What is your favorite thing to do for yourself when you have time?
A:  I feel like most of my hobbies have gone away for a time while having such young kids. =)  Anyone else know that feeling?  For me it has always been running and anything to do with music (concert, playing piano, singing). I guess lately that is through singing on our worship team at church!

Q: Are you a night owl or an early bird (despite what you have to be as a mom)?
A:  I used to be a night owl….but that tends to get me in trouble now with kids that don’t know how to sleep in. =)

Q: Share a funny quote from one of your kids.
A:  Well, as I am currently typing this, my oldest is awake in his bed and saying, “knuckles, boom!” over. and. over.  I can’t help but smile!
