Welcome to the let’s go mommy Birthday Party Guide! Planning your child’s birthday party can be a big job. Many parents choose to do “destination” parties so the kids have an activity to do and they don’t have to worry about having enough space for all the friends or cleaning up their house afterwards. Other parents host parties at their home and may have some sort of entertainment. There are many options for both types of parties in the Green Bay area, so let’s go mommy is making your party planning easier by providing you with a list of local businesses that host birthday parties and/or provide entertainment! This guide only includes paid listings from area businesses. That means you are getting the most accurate information from the businesses that choose to be a part of the let’s go party guide. The information will be updated annually and you can know that you are important to them if they are listed here! Air Force Gymnastics Academy
Air Force Gymnastics Academy hosts FUN and EASY birthday parties! Enjoy 1 hour & 45 minutes of fun. Parties begin with one hour of structured gym time, led by one of our awesome and energetic coaches. This time includes pit games, trampoline, party games, and a short open gym. Parties conclude with 45 minutes of party time in our party area.
Days and times available: After 3PM on Saturdays and all day Sundays.
Number of kids: 15 guests included in package pricing; additional guests $10 each.
Party decor/food: Guests supply their own decorations, paper products and food.
Deposit: A $50 non-refundable deposit due at time of booking/reservation (deposit is applied toward party cost).
Good to know: Party times book fast during the school year, so call early to check availability of your child’s party date!

The Ashwaubenon Bowling Alley
Celebrate your birthday bowling style! Enjoy 2 hours of bowling, shoe rentals, one pizza for every four guests and unlimited soda.
Days and times available: Anytime during normal business hours (as long as there are lanes available) for 2 hours. Check business hours on website link above.
Number of kids: Minimum of 6, no maximum.
Party decor/food: Plates, cups and napkins provided. Guests may bring their own tablecloth, balloons or etc if desired. No carry-ins for food or beverage allowed except cake, which must be from a licensed baker.
Deposit: Deposit due at time of booking/reservation (deposit is applied toward party cost).
Cost: $11.95 per child
Good to know: Please have guests arrive 15 minutes early to take full advantage of party time. Private and semi-private rooms are available for rental before or after the booked party on the lanes if needed. Cost is $50 per hour and must be booked and paid in full (non-refundable) at time of reservation.

Make your birthday girl feel special and pampered with a party at Doolittlez! Choose from 3 Birthday Party Packages that are 1.5 to 2 hours long: “Princess for a Day”, “Glitzy Glam Girl Party” or “Spectacular Spa Party”. All parties include an updo with sparkles, mini manicure, make-up, dress-up, dance party on stage, group picture and separate room for food/gifts. In addition, “Princess” party includes a tiara for each guest, “Glitzy Glam” party includes a shimmer tattoo and make-your-own-lipgloss for each guest and “Spectacular Spa” party includes a pedicure and make-your-own-lotion for each guest.

Deposit: $50 deposit due at time of booking/reservation (deposit is applied toward party cost). If cancellation is made prior to 48 hours before party, deposit will be returned.

Princess for a Day: Recommended for ages 3-6; 1.5 hours, Birthday girl plus 5 friends, $160
Glitzy Glam Girl: Recommended for ages 6-12; 2 hours, Birthday girl plus 4 friends, $200
Spectacular Spa: Recommended for ages 4-12; 2 hours, Birthday girl plus 4 friends, $200
Good to know: Additional friends $25 each for “Princess for a Day” and $35 each for “Glitzy Glam Girl” and “Spectacular Spa” parties. Limit of 10 girls total per party including birthday girl; gratuity is not included in price but is always appreciated.

Edge VR Arcade
Edge VR Arcade is the perfect place to have your next party! We have a library of over 50 fun VR games for kids (and adults) along with delicious pizza and drinks. Your event includes the private reservation of our Lounge party room. Bring in decorations, presents or cake and ice cream. You and your guests can also enjoy our free retro games during the party. Recommended for ages 8 and up.
Days and times available: Budget Packages available during retail hours, Thursday through Sunday (Thur & Fri 3-10PM, Sat 10AM-10PM & Sun 11AM-8PM). Exclusive Packages available during retail and non-retail hours by private reservation.
Number of kids: Basic Package: 2-4, Deluxe Package: 4-8, Elite Package: up to 20 kids.
Party decor/food: Guests may bring their own tablecloth, balloons, decorations, etc. if desired. Guests may only bring cake and/or ice cream as a food carry-in. Pizza and drinks are available for purchase at the arcade; party packages receive 10% off food and drink orders during your event.
Deposit: Full payment due at time of booking/reservation. Full refund if cancellation is made more than 24 hours prior to party.

Basic Package: 2x Booth VR stations for 60 minutes, $100
Basic Plus: 2x Booths VR stations for 120 minutes, $150

Make this the best birthday EVER! Birthday parties at Fusion Athletics are stress-free, easy and most of all FUN! All of our party packages include 2 hours of fun, up to 20 kids and a staff member to entertain and help in any way needed.
Days and times available: Saturdays 10-12, 1-3, or 4-6 & Sundays 12-2.
Number of kids: Packages are for up to 20 kids; additional guests $8 each.

Good to know: You can arrive 30 minutes prior to the party to set-up with the help of your party attendant. Two hour party time includes 1.5 hours in the gym and 30 minutes in the party room with food, drink (no alcohol) and presents. Fusion takes care of the clean-up.

Kroc Community Center
Birthdays Rock at the Kroc! Parties at the Green Bay Salvation Army Kroc Community Center include 2 hours of fun in one of our pool-side party rooms for up to 25 people. Plus, guests also have access to all open activities scheduled at the Kroc the day of the party! Visit the Kroc Center website link above for complete details.
Days and times available: Pool Party with slide on Mondays & Wednesdays 6:30-8:30PM, Fridays 4-8PM, Saturdays 12-8PM and Sundays 12-4PM. Upon request parties may be booked outside of these days/times, but there may not be access to the slide, lazy river or other water features in the pool.
Number of kids: Packages include 25 people.
Party decor/food: Guests supply their own food, non-alcoholic drinks, decor and paper products (plates, cups, napkins, utensils, etc.). Party room is equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, sink and counter space along with tables and chairs.
Deposit: Full payment due at time of booking/reservation. If cancelled, payment may be transferred to another party date within one year of initial booking.
Cost: $129 (Members), $189 (Non-members). Additional charge for add-ons like bounce houses, party attendants and extended party room hours.
Good to know: You may arrive 15 minutes prior to the party to decorate the room. Bring your own towels and locks if using the pool. A list of birthday party guests must be supplied to the Kroc Community Center in order to get them checked in at the front desk. All party guests must wear a Kroc-issued wristband to enter the facility. Guests are responsible for basic clean-up of party room by the end of last scheduled hour. Garbage cans are provided. Staff will be available to assist with needs you may have during the party like set-up, take-down and check in/out. Decorations may not be hung on walls or windows and no glitter or confetti. You may stay at the Kroc after your 2-hour party room time–you simply need to move your items to the locker room or car when you are done with the room. Party rooms can accommodate up to 25 people. The Kroc center closes at 9PM Monday-Saturday (6PM May 29-Sept 10) and at 4:30PM on Sunday.

Parties at the NEW Zoo are always a WILD time – and they’re so EASY for parents! Enjoy 2.5 hours of fun as the Zoo provides cake & beverages, decorations, favor bags, fun activities with a Party Host– including a guided tour of a portion of the Zoo–and even a special gift for the birthday child. All you have to do is show up ready for fun!
Days and times available: During normal business hours, subject to availability.
Number of kids: Packages for up to 50 people.
Party decor/food: The Safari Clubhouse and Education Classroom are always fully decorated. A personalized cake is included with all party packages along with pink lemonade and ice water. Cups, dessert plates, napkins and forks are provided for all guests. You may choose to bring in your own food from licensed restaurants, caterers, or unopened packages from a grocery store. Homemade food is not permitted.
Deposit: Down payment of $50 due at booking to hold your date. Full payment due within 10 days of party date.
Cost: Choose from 3 party package options:
Monkey Troop: up to 15 guests (kids & adults), $250
Lion Pride: 16-30 guests (kids & adults), $325
Giraffe Herd: 31-50 guests (kids & adults), $400
(Zoo members get a $50 discount on party package pricing!)
Good to know: Every party package includes zoo admission for all guests after the party. (Party host and guests are welcome to stay in the zoo after the party as long as they like until it closes, but must remove belongings from party room at end of party.) You may choose 2 experiences to complete your party package: feed the animals in the children’s zoo, feed the giraffes, fun craft or game activity or bounce house. You may not arrive earlier than 15 minutes prior to the party start time. No party rentals available during the month of October. No balloons are permitted inside the zoo.

Starz Gymnastics Academy
Starz Birthday Parties are tons of fun! Choose from 5 packages based on your needs. All packages include a minimum of 1 hour of open gym time exclusively for your child and up to 10 of their friends and a half hour in the party room for food and presents. All packages also include a T-shirt for the birthday child and a Starz gift cup for each child. Don’t worry about the mess because we do all the clean-up! Equipment that will be available for open gym play: vault, uneven bars, balance beams, spring floor, in-ground foam pit, 2 in-ground trampolines, 30' tumble track, rope climb, giant inflatable slide and so much more! For ages 2-17.
Days and times available: Saturdays & Sundays 11-12:30, 1-2:30, 3-4:30, 5-6:30 or Saturday overnight 7PM-8AM Sunday. (Other days/times may be available based on gym availability & upon request).
Number of kids: 10 guests plus birthday child included in package pricing; additional guests $7 each for daytime or $10 each for overnight packages.
Party decor/food: For all packages decorations, plates, silverware and napkins are provided. Guests can supply their own food or choose packages where it is provided. A full size refrigerator/freezer is available for use. Invitations can be picked up at front desk or printed from website.
Deposit: $25 non-refundable deposit due at time of booking/reservation (deposit is applied toward party cost). Balance is due day of party.

1 Star Package: 1 hour open gym, half hour party room, decor, plates, silverware, napkins, T-shirt for birthday child & Starz gift cup for up to 10 kids, $155
2 Star Package: all of above plus cupcakes and ice cream provided, $195
3 Star Package: all of above plus extra half hour open gym, pizza and soda, $275
4 Star Package: Saturday night sleepover party from 7PM to 8AM Sunday with exclusive open gym & party room use; bring your own food, $325
5 Star Package: Saturday night sleepover party plus pizza, soda, cupcakes and ice cream provided, $400
Good to know: Extra time and other add-ons available upon request– just call for pricing and details. All guests must complete waiver (included with invitation) to attend party. For overnight parties a parent or guardian of birthday child must attend. Member discounts available. Gym attire is recommended for all guests. Socks are optional. Pizza, soda and cupcakes must be pre-ordered 2 weeks in advance of party for packages including these. A structured party where the host leads games and activities is available upon request.

Teddy Bear Mobile
At Teddy Bear Mobile we bring the fun to YOU with our portable, fun, create-your-own stuffed animal experience that travels to your birthday party location! Kids get to pick their own 16" stuffed animal, stuff them, pick out an outfit and name their new friend.
Days and times available: Anytime Monday through Sunday upon request/based on availability.
Number of kids: No minimum or maximum number of kids!
Party decor/food: Parties take place at the home or location of the hosts' choice and they supply all party decor & food as needed.
Deposit: 25% non-refundable deposit due at time of booking/reservation. Balance is due day of party.
Cost: Choose from 3 packages starting at $18 per child depending on package and number of kids. Call for custom pricing based on your needs.
