Guests will have 30 minutes to arrive after selected entry time. Entry times are every 30 minutes beginning at 4:30 pm with last entry at 8:30 pm. Doors close at 9 pm.

It is advised that dated and timed entry tickets should be purchased in advance as there is limited capacity and it’s possible they may not be available at the door the day of the show.

Wagon tickets (if available) are first come, first served. Last wagon ride entry time is at 7:30 pm. Last wagon ride leaves at 7:45 pm.

Value Nights are typically Thursdays, Sundays, and days after Christmas.

Peak Nights are typically Fridays and Saturdays and dates before Christmas. Limited Wagon Ride tickets are available every event night.

Children 2 & under are free with advance registration.

Kids can bring letters to drop off in the North Pole mailbox any night before Christmas.

Value Nights: Ages 13+: $12 walking or $17 wagon ride; Child (3-12): $5 walking or $10 wagon ride; 2 & under: Free
Value nights are: November 25 & 26 and December 1, 4, 8, 11, 15, 26, 27, 28, 29, & 30

Peak Nights: Ages 13+: $15 walking or $20 wagon ride; Child (3-12): $8 walking or $13 wagon ride; 2 & under: Free
Peak nights are: December 2, 3, 9, 10, 16, 17, 18, 22, & 23

(Family Night is 11/26: Children 12 and under get free walking admission with one paid adult walking reservation. All reservations, adult and children, will need to be made in advance due to limited capacity. Kids will receive a free holiday craft kit and can drop off their letters to Santa. The Main Celebration Gourmet Dessert Parlor will be in the K.C. Stock Foundation Lobby selling delicious holiday treats including: jumbo cupcakes, cake pops, macarons, decorative cookies, and cocoa bombs. Family Night discount cannot be combined with any other discounts. Due to limited capacity, Wagon Rides are only available at regular Value Night pricing during Family Night. The Family Night discount does not apply.)
