An hour an a half of open time in the gym to work on skills. Coach are available during our weekly Friday Night Skills Camp to assist with spotting and skill development. Children 4 & under require a parent.

Masks are required during skills camp. A limited number of spots are available and we ask that all participants practice social distancing.

All open gyms require a parent signature on our Medical Waivers before entering the gym. This form can be signed at the gym upon arriving. If a parent is bringing children besides their own, a parent of that child needs to fill out the Medical Waiver Form (provided below) personally. Once submitted, the form will be emailed to our front desk instantly and your child can attend open gym once it’s received. Medical Waiver here.
