For over three decades, Ys across the nation have come together to inspire healthy habits in children and families, and this year promises to be bigger and better than ever before.

• Engaging Activities: Get ready for a day packed with exciting activities designed to promote physical activity, nutrition education, STEM exploration, and artistic expression. From interactive games to hands-on activities, there’s something for everyone!
• Active Play: Encourage your little ones to get moving with active play, featuring games and challenges that will keep them on their toes and smiling from ear to ear.
