Meet Rhonda Chandler!
Q: What town/city do you live in?
A: De Pere–east side
Q: How many kids do you have?
A: Three
Q: What are their ages?
A: 8, 13 and 15
Q: Do you work outside the home? If so, where & what do you do?
A: I am a Social Worker at Aurora Baycare Medical Center and launching a new business in August…GOIN GA GA 4 KIDZ Back to School Children’s Consignment Sale @ First Congregational UCC-De Pere (www.goingaga4kidz.com). If you like consigning or want to start, please come and check it out!
Q: What is your favorite at-home activity to do with your kids?
A: Watching movies and playing UNO with my youngest.
Q: Where is your favorite place around Green Bay to take your kids?
A: We’re still learning our way around since we’ve only been here a year but I love all the activities they have for children.
Q: What has been your biggest parenting challenge?
A: The challenge I am facing with parenting is the teenage years–I have two teenagers in the house right now and it’s never a dull moment!
Q: What do you like to do when you have time for yourself?
A: I like to read and go to the spa for a massage.
Q: Are you a night owl or an early bird (despite what you have to be as a mom)?
A: I can be a night owl once everyone is asleep and the house is quiet.
Q: What is your most embarrassing moment or the funniest thing that has every happened to you?
A: My most embarrassing moment was when I was a middle school Social Worker…it was the end of the day and I was trying to be “cool” walking in the hall and I fell in front of the students. I hurt my knee pretty bad–it was swollen and had to be iced!
