Heritage Hill in the Evening

Have you ever taken your family to Heritage Hill in the summer? If not, you will have even better chance of squeezing it into your busy summer schedule because new this year, Heritage Hill is extending their hours for one Thursday night per month from June through August! This is a great opportunity for parents who work, or families that have too much going on during the day to visit the park. Historic Interpreters will be in historic buildings in all four areas of the park: Enjoy a pre-war era tour of Cotton House; learn more about Fort Howard in the Guard House and Commanding Officer’s Office; visit the Fur Trader in his cabin; or stop in to see the Blacksmith in the Growing Community. (Interpreted buildings can change daily.) Concessions will also be available for purchase so you don’t have to worry about dinner or dessert. Extended hours dates are: June 2nd, July 7 and August 4th. Hours will be 10AM-8PM. Regular admission rates apply: Adults $10, Kids 4-15 $7, 3 & under FREE.
