All open gyms require a parent signature on our Medical Waivers before entering the gym.
This form can be signed at the gym upon arriving. If a parent is bringing children besides their own, a parent of that child needs to fill out the Medical Waiver Form (here) personally. Once submitted, the form will be emailed to our front desk instantly and your child can attend open gym once it’s received.
