When you sign up for a membership you will be billed immediately/upfront for your annual fee. Your membership will automatically renew each year unless you cancel or turn off auto-renew from the Manage Membership page (page link located in the footer).

Yes. You can send a check to Let’s Go Mommy at PO Box 28332, Green Bay, WI 54324-8332. Please include your first and last name, phone number and email address. Let’s go mommy will sign you up and create an account for you, which will be sent to you via email. If you have any questions about this you can contact us at lindy@letsgomommy.com.

Go to the Manage Membership page (page link located in the footer) and choose “view receipt”.

Check your Spam or Junk folders to see if the emails are there. Also, add lindy@letsgomommy.com to your contacts to ensure it doesn’t go to your Spam/Junk account in the future.

Yes, your membership will auto-renew unless you change or cancel it from the Manage Membership page (page link located in the footer).

You can update your account info including email, password, payment info and more by visiting the Manage Membership page (page link located in the footer) on the website.

You can cancel your membership at any time by going to the Manage Membership page on the website (page link located in the footer) and selecting “Cancel your membership” in the Actions column. Please note there are no refunds for fees that have already been paid and you will continue to have access to your account until the end of your membership/subscription period.
