Meet Cristy Figueroa!

Q: What town/city do you live in?
A: I live in East Green Bay

Q: How many kids do you have?
A: Three daughters

Q: What are their ages?
A: Ages 2 months, 1 year, and 3 years old

Q: Do you work outside the home? If so, where/what do you do?
A: Yes, I work in the safety department.

Q: What is your favorite at-home activity to do with your kids?
A: Study time! I love investing time in them while they have fun learning.

Q: Where is your favorite place around Green Bay to take your kids?
A: Bay Beach Wildlife Sanctuary and Botanical Gardens

Q: If you had one parenting tip to share with others that has worked for you/helped you, what would it be?
A: Like the movie “Meet the Fockers”, actually talk to your little ones like adults. Don’t talk baby talk or make up words. It will pay off as they develop. (You know what I’m talking about–we are all guilty of changing our tone to a high pitch and pouting our mouth while talking when we see a baby…they are just so cute!)

Q: What is your favorite hobby when you have time for yourself?
A: Decor and DIY

Q: Are you a night owl or an early bird (despite what you have to be as a mom)?
A: Early bird! I enjoy beginnings. Beginnings of the year, month, week and of the day. It lets me start fresh and stay motivated towards my next goals.

Q: Share a funny quote from one of your kids.
A: My oldest, who turned 3 in September, always has stories to share and she begins by saying “I remember when I was a baby” or “I remember when I was in your belly.” It’s so hilarious, I tell her she is still my baby. But I guess she sees herself so grown up compared to her two younger siblings!
