Youth Basketball with a Spiritual Approach

The Green Bay Salvation Army Kroc Community Center is launching a new, Christian-based Youth Basketball League for first through third graders! Here’s what you need to know:
-It’s for boys and girls ages 6-9
-Takes a 360 degree approach focusing on athletic, mental, spiritual and social improvement
-The Upward Sports curriculum provides a spiritual approach to youth sports which includes messages from the Bible that will encourage fair play, sportsmanship and teamwork focusing on character development, drills and skills
-Meets twice a week with 1 game & 1 practice
-Skills evaluation 9/22
-First practice 10/11
-First game 10/27
-Awards Celebration 12/15
-Uses substitution system to ensure all kids play
-Includes T-shirt and jersey
-Cost is $75 per child.
