County Fairs in Northeast Wisconsin: 2021

I love Wisconsin County Fairs! I went to some county fairs a few times when I was growing up in Michigan, but I didn’t fully appreciate them at the time. Then, about 10 years ago my husband introduced me to the Buffalo County Fair in his hometown of Mondovi, Wisconsin. It was such a fun family activity, we’ve made it an annual tradition for our family to visit his mom every year during fair time and go to this nice little fair with our girls. It has everything from animals and rides to great food, truck or tractor pulls and live music. I’ve also come to love the Brown County Fair. We started going to that fair about 8 years ago for “library morning at the fair” and always had so much fun that we make it a point to go to the Brown County Fair every year as well.

I think fairs are a great family activity for the summer, so here’s a list of 14 county fairs in Northeast Wisconsin in 2021 that are still coming up, along with a link to each one for more information on daily schedules and cost. All fairs are different as far as prices and admission. Some charge admission, but the rides are free. Others are free admission, but you pay for the rides and etc. Others may charge for both admission and rides. It just depends on the fair, so make sure you check the links below for those details when planning your day at the fair.
