Swimming @ Tundra Lodge Water Park

Spend your New Year’s Eve with some family swimming fun! Kids of all ages will love the exciting three-story, indoor waterpark featuring Green Bay’s only lazy river. Adults can sit poolside and enjoy concessions from the Polar Bear Pub. Must call day-of to reserve passes & confirm prices as passes are based on availability/hotel occupancy.
COST: $21.95 Full day/per person, $12.95 Half day after 12PM/per person, Chaperone FREE if not in pool, Kids under 3 FREE

Festival of Trees @ the National RR Museum
9AM-5PM
Enjoy one last look at some beautifully decorated trees before the end of the holiday season and enjoy a tour of the trains at the Railroad Museum as well. All for a discounted admission price.

Kids Rockin’ Eve at the Green Bay Children’s Museum
10AM-1PM (museum open until 3)
Celebrate the final day of 2015 with Bubble Wrap activities, the GB Metro Fire Dept, Bubble Guppies,
Olaf and a countdown to 2016 at 11AM, noon and 1PM. Receive hats and other festive favors.

Bowling
There are many bowling alleys in the Green Bay area and this could be a fun family activity on New Year’s Eve. Check the let’s go mommy website for a list of bowling alleys, but be sure to call ahead and confirm hours/availability for New Year’s Eve.
Ashwaubenon Bowling Alley has family-only party packages at noon, 3 & 6 on New Year’s Eve. Party packages include bowling, food, beverage, party favors and lots of fun!! Call 920-336-0400 for pricing and to make reservations. Or, feel free to just drop-in and bowl as a family. First-come-first serve basis based on availability.

Open Gym @ Kroc Community Center

Get active with the family and enjoy a game of pick-up basketball or the like in the open gym at the Kroc.

US Bank Eve @ The Neville

Share in the holiday magic at the Neville Public Museum! Watch the pages of your favorite books come to life with cartoons featuring Danny the Dinosaur, Harry the Dirty Dog, Corduroy and more. Explore Museum exhibits including Extreme Deep: Mission to the Abyss. Meet Bruce the Spruce, the talking Christmas tree and make a craft to take home. Be sure to document the afternoon with a photograph from the Photo Box, available from 3:00-6:00 pm. Complimentary anniversary cupcakes and soda while supplies last. Adult supervision required for children.

US Bank Eve @ West Side YMCA

Kick off the New Year at Green Bay’s West Side YMCA! (Children must be accompanied by an adult.) The evening will begin with Mischief & Magic Jake putting on a show from 5:30-6:15 p.m. You won’t want to miss it! Buster and Smiles, the Happy Ness Clowns will entertain you with balloon animals and tricks. The evening will also include bounce houses, face painting, disco dance party, GaGa game, preschool play equipment, open gym and open swim. There will be a New York themed balloon drop as “midnight” (aka 8:00PM) approaches complete with glow sticks, noisemakers and party hats. Snacks and refreshments provided and take home a memory after a visit to our photo booth.

US Bank Eve @ East Side YMCA

Come to Green Bay’s East Side YMCA to celebrate the New Year! (Children must be accompanied by an adult.) Get ready to rock & roll with some great family entertainment. The evening kicks off with Mr Billy performing a rocking show from 5:45-6:30 pm. Then there will be a great magic show with Jake from Mischief & Magic on stage from 7:00-7:45 pm. Throughout the evening enjoy open swim in the Y’s Aquatic Center complete with waterslide and sprinkler play equipment. There will be tumbling in the large gymnastics center, preschool play space, bounce houses, GaGa game, family bingo with great prizes, disco dance floor, face painting and party hat craft area. Free refreshments will be available.

US Bank Eve @ Kroc Community Center

Bring your family and experience the Kroc Aquatic Center as it transforms into a magical twilight swimming pool, move to the gym to jump around in their bounce houses and get your family moving with a 6:00-7:00 pm family Zumba party. Upstairs, you can get creative in the art room filled with family projects for all ages or stop in the game room for all kinds of fun. Have your picture taken in the photo booth. Enjoy a cup of hot chocolate while taking in the Kroc “experience”. Door prizes will be given out every 20 minutes. Adult supervision required for children.

Be sure to bring your hat, mittens, and boots and enjoy an old-fashioned wagon ride around Downtown Green Bay on New Year’s Eve. Rides will depart from the Neville Public Museum and the Downtown YMCA. Children must be accompanied by an adult.

If you didn’t make it to the WPS Garden of Lights at the Botanical Garden, the Green Bay Botanical Garden is bringing the Garden of Lights to you at The CityDeck in downtown Green Bay! Enjoy your New Year’s Eve with a stroll down The CityDeck at Shopko Landing and see the Green Bay Botancial Garden “Garden of Lights” display.

US Bank Eve @ Downtown YMCA

Bring the whole family and visit Green Bay’s Downtown YMCA before the fireworks! Have a blast listening to Randy Peterson from 7:15-8:15 pm, bouncing in a bounce house or decorating sugar cookies. You can also enjoy swimming, bingo, GaGa, gymnastics and–for the first time this year–a balloon drop at 8:15. After the events at the Y, take in the city fireworks at Leicht Park.

New Year’s Eve @ Cornerstone Community Ice Center

For families with older kids, ice skating on New Year’s Eve could be a fun activity. Bring your own ice skates or rent them for $2. Skating is FREE. Refreshments available for purchase; proceeds will benefit the Cornerstone Skating Club. (Use lower entrance; children must be accompanied by an adult.)

Roller Skating @ St Mary’s Roller Rink

For families with older kids, roller skate your way into the New Year! Come to St Mary’s Roller Rink at 1265 Cass Street in Green Bay and bring your own roller skates or rent a pair for $1. Balloons, hats and horns will complete the fun. Prize drawing at midnight. Concession stand will be open. Fun for all! (Adult supervision required.)

Enjoy fireworks with your family on the last night of 2015 over the Fox River in downtown Green Bay. Spielbauer Fireworks will light up the sky at 9:00 pm. The Main Street Bridge will be closed for your viewing pleasure. Leicht Park and various other places in Downtown Green Bay will also be available for viewing. Dress warm and come early to get your ideal viewing spot!
COST: FREE

If you don’t try one of these special events, there’s always Chuck E Cheese, Sir Bounce A Lots or going to the movie theater. On the other hand, you may just stay home and play board games or watch movies as a family.
