Spring break is finally here (well, almost)! Warmer weather and longer days are on the horizon. But you don’t want your child spending their week out of school on the couch, playing video games. Give them the Spring Break they deserve (and that won’t break the bank). The Salvation Army Kroc Center’s Spring Camp starts Monday, March 19 and runs through Friday, March 23. It may be late in the game, but there’s still time to sign up! Plus, the Kroc is offering a second opportunity for those districts whose break falls on April 2-6.
For only $25 per day for members and $35 per day for non-members, children will be immersed in fun and learning all break long! Your kids will enjoy great activities each and every day, including:
- Supervised swimming in the Aquatics Center
- Daily camp crafts & sensory activities
- Games and challenges designed to get kids moving and thinking
- Play time in the Gym and Game Room
- Life-sized board games
- And more!
Weather permitting, many of these great activities will be outdoors, so be sure to dress for anything!
Kroc Spring Camp is state licensed and is for children ages 5 to 12. Children can be dropped off as early as 8:00 am. Early drop off is available starting at 7:00 am for an additional $5 per day. Camp will end for the day and children should be picked up by 5:30 pm. The camp will provide 2 snacks per day, but campers should bring a bagged lunch.
So make the most of this Spring Break and sign up for one, two, three or all five days of the Kroc’s Spring Camp 2018! Visit GBKrocCenter.org/springcamp for more information and to download the registration package.
